Walk through an agreed user journey, check documentation or test an integration example.

Deliverable: expected and observed behavior, reproduction steps, supporting evidence and a retest of fixes.

Inputs: a public URL or an authorized test environment, a scenario and success criteria.

Data and repetitive operations

Validate an export, transform a spreadsheet or prepare a small automation.

Deliverable: a validated file or script, documented rules and a test fixture. Integrations and bots can be discussed once access and hosting are clear.

Inputs: a de-identified sample, transformation rules and the desired output format.

Scope, timeline and price are discussed before paid work begins. A functional check is not a security certification. Production changes and ongoing support require a separate agreement.

Synthetic PDF form

A PDF field can store a long answer while the rendered page shows only its beginning. In our example, the complete value survived reopening, but the end of the long answer fell outside the visible field.

This observation was verified for our fixture in Poppler 26.07.0. Printing, other viewers and screen-reader accessibility were not tested in this example. It demonstrates a defect; it is not client work or PDF/UA or WCAG certification. Form remediation is scoped separately.
